Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Iowa

I recently moved from california, to start a new life and get away from my ex-girlfriend. I changed my number and everything.I just recieved a phone call from her father stating that i have to come back to california beause there is now an warrant for my arrest, he is accusing me of raping his daughter, which is impossible since we have never had sex. And the majority of the time we dated was in highschool while we were both underage, im 2 years older. she is still 17.The relationship ended because she was untruthful and started having sexual relations with other guys. His call was random and out of the blue. Will i be forced to go back to california even though what i am acused of is rediculously false? and when this is all discovered to be a lie by a girl who obviously has some mental issues (though not officially) will there be consequences for her or her father?

The first thing you have to do is hire an attorney, on the ground in California and explain what the situation is and let them investigate. If there is an arrest warrant and California will extradite you'll have to go. On the other hand, if there isn't you can tell the guy to take a hike and use your attorney to make it stick.
