Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Iowa
my parents died a few years ago and gave my brother the life interest in there house and i have the remainder, i understand when my brother dies i will recive the property outright, but i was wondering what i can legaly do with my interest now, i want to put my remainder interest into trust for my child can i legaly do this now or do i have to wait untill my brother dies. thank you
