Question about an Estate
my grandmother passed away left a will for all of her estate be devided equally between her children but my mother passed away what happends to her part of the estate? Does it get devided between her children?

Depends on the terms of the will. Her share could be divided among her children, could go to her siblings, could be divided equally among her siblings and her children.
