Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Iowa

Resident in 2 states

We have a home in GA which is base location/address for banks, credit cards, pensions & incomes, investments, income, as well as family local and long term residence for last 30 years.

We have purchased a small home in Iowa for health reasons, for 6-7 months stay in summer etc. We have GA wills and powers of attorney etc, but do we need anything for Iowa?

Re: Resident in 2 states

As long as you maintain the GA home as your principal residence, your GA documents will control. You don't need anything from Iowa.
