Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Iran

parentage proof(esbate nasab)

1,what it mean legally?

2,what is its role in acquiring id card in iranian law?

3, if father had died but mother alive can it be performed in court in prescense of mother only?

4,is it a 100% proof of ones origionality?

in Islamic Sharia law word of Mother is reliable source so far paternity is concerned, well i cant say how to prove that in a court of law UNDER THE COMMON CIVIL LAW OF THE LAND,in Iran. as it seems clearly that your proposition is concerned with Iranian common Civil Law. but Marriage contract, witnessess of the marriage, word of the person who soleminised the Nikkah can be called in as a witness, witnessess of the family elders and of the common residance area of that time,are the best to prove the case in a court of law,they can corroborate the factum and word of your mother in Court.
