Legal Question in Immigration Law in Iran

I have been entered in to the US as a refugee Status (Asylum)on 1985 and I got my citizenship on 1990 ,came back to my country(Origin country) on 1993 and living ever since , my American passport have been expired for years.

My question is , since I have entered in to the U.S. based on Refugee Status (Asylum)and living in my origin country for the past 15 years will I be able to go to any american embassy /consulate to renew my American passport?

Wouldn't be any problem for a person entering in to the US as a Refugee Status and went back to the origin country? And still holding US citizenship? Won't they revoke my citizenship?

Your advice is greatly appreciated

i am so desperate to get help.

thanks

It depends: are the grounds for revocation? Did you misrepresent facts in your application for asylum, adjustment of status and/or citizenship?

Usually, citizenship can't be easily taken away once granted.
