Legal Question in Personal Injury in Ireland

my car was parked by the side of the road. A drunk driver hit me from behind and then drove off. Two teenagers in car at time of accident. Car damaged, teenagers uninjured, just in shock. Can i claim compensation for the teenagers in the car along with the damages. If so what can i claim for?
