I am an osteopath and have recieved a liable charge.
I have not seen or heard from this person for 19months and twelve days. is there a time limit in italy for this kind of charge?

Yes. 5 years for the damages.

5 years from the event, but, if there have been non prevedible consequences, 5 year from the last negative consequential event.
