Subj.:How to stop/reduce maintenance fee to ex wife (for the rest of her life???)

The answer I received was too obvious as my question was not detailed enough.Let me explain properly:

1. There is no one to stop me from setting up a company (I heard that here in uk it can be done for

20�)

2. By selling my apartment in Italy, I could stop paying her since I do not have anything else there

and my income/capital is all in uk. This is a fact.

3. While I continue paying her, there is no one to stop me from purchasing another apartment, but

in the name of my company.

4. (1st question)After paying her for a further few months, if I stop paying, can the judge force the

apartment to be sold for paying what is owed to her, even if the apartment is no longer in my

name?

5. (2nd question)Surely, since next year she will no longer have a mortgage of 250 euros/month

to pay,(in 2015 she will be 60 and should have a pension) will it not be possible for me to apply

for a modification of the judge's sentence and pay less?
