how do you go about giving a family legal guardianship?

How do you go about giving my sister and husband legal guardianship?

Do I need the father's signature even though I have full custody of my child?

What if the father write a written authorization giving my sister and her husband legal guardianship?

Does both parent has to agree?

You must have an attorney file an application for a guardianship with the court. It is much easier if both of the child's parents consent to the guardianship, but it is still possible if the father does not consent.
