Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kansas
Fake Ids
are fake ids illegal to make and if so why did the kansas bearue of investigation tell me that they couldnt do anything about the me recieving offers for fake ids which i though was ilegal to make the message say made by ex dmv employees

You know full well that it's illegal to make, sell or have a fake ID. The KBI probably couldn't do anything because your word that somebody offered to sell you one lacked believability and they had better things to do with their time.
