Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Kansas

What debts are dischargable

I would like to know what debts are dischargable in bankruptcy. I especially want to know if utility bills can be discharged, I'm in desperate need of help. Facing disconnection of utilities, and my husband and I are talking about filing bankruptcy. Any information would be appreciated as soon as possible.

Thank you in advance,
