Statue of Limitations on Credit Card Debt
I live in Kansas. The statue of limitations on court action for credit card debt is 3 years. When does the SOL start? Does it start with the last payment made? They said my last payment was jan 12, 2010 and they filed suit before Jan 12, 2013, on December 26, 2012; I recv'd summons on January 9, 2012...so are they within the SOL?
