Legal Question in Business Law in Kansas

We are partners in a business with another couple. He works with us, she doesn't. They are experiencing marital problems and she is suspected of cheating on him. They are getting closer to being separated. We have all 4 names on all the legal papers and any 4 of us have access to all the financial stuff. What should we do at this point? Our partner is focused on fixing his marriage and we don't want to aggrivate that situation, but we need to protect our business.

One partner may taek their portion of the funds and put them into another account (if your partnership agreement allows it) Two partners might move half the money. Otherwise the option is to either wait to see what happens or wind up the parntership and reorganize as another entitity.
