promissary note

i have a promissary note in which the owner of the business and the business itself are signers. this company is not paying the promissed monthly payments.he has broken thecontract and i can now according to the note call the loan. he went bankrupt 6 years ago.can i attach any money in his or his companys bank accounts.i live in ky and the company and him are based in kansas city.what are my options thanks--name removed--m
