Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Kansas

My son defaulted on a student loan and I am the cosigner. Can I sue to get back the money if I pay this off?

You could sue your Son for reimbursement of anything you paid to the school or the lender, unless you are under a court order to provide support for college.
