Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Kansas
I have been told that I have a past pay day loan outstanding how far back can they go and if this is so why is it i can get a payday loan today if i have an outstanding balance but am unaware back in 06 i was in bankruptcy chapter ?? where you pay things back.how many years can a collections agency go back

Generally, a creditor has five years form gteh last contract or payment to file suit to collect on a debt. There are factors that can lengthen or shorten that period. You should gather the documents you have and consult directly with a civil attorney in your area. What you say or do, can retrigger the statute of limitations.
