Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kansas

Domestic Mail Miss use

Can I get a Protection from Abuse order for attempting to use my personal mail against me in Civil Court? Further more, they opened it, addressed it to the court, and prevented me from receiving the information inside in a maner consistant with natural mail time. Postmaster has warned them not to continue in this manner and that it is illegal, can I do more? In further information, I have lived with them and am incredably motivated to bring Domestic Violance charges against them for this and other damages caused by their actions.

Protection from Abuse orders are specifically designated to protect physical and/or verbal threats to persons. . .you have taken the appropriate corrective measures by contacting your postal service. . .tapering w/mail can be a serious federal matter.
