Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kansas
my son has been arrested on some very serious charges. He has been in jail for a week and still has not appeared before a judge and formally charged. The search warrant has wrong address and the wrong name of whom property was returned to. what can we do

If your Son has still nto been before ajudge, you need to hire an attorney or Petition to hte court yourself on the behalf of your Son. Perhaps your Son did avideo arraignment that he does nto remember or did not recognize as being with ajudge.
