Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kansas
My spouse assaulted me and was arrested for domestic violence and since he as income a court appointed counsel was denied! I own a business and I was assaulted do I have to pay for spouse's legal representation?

It is unlikely that your personal assets woudl be required to p[ay for yout husband's attorney in acse brought by you or the state for the attack. But, your marital assets may be subject to levy for payment, However, that type of execution is very rare.
