Employment Law: Atheists

Let's say, hypothetically, that I'm starting a business and want to hire people. In

fact, I want to hire only atheists; Baptists and Evangelicals need not apply. Can I

be sued for religious discrimination?

Yes- if the Plaiontiff satisfies their statutory duty to make claim with the appropriate agency. The real question is: "will you lose?" and to answer that, you would have to provide many more facts.
