Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Kansas

I have to renew my drivers license in a couple weeks and prefer to dress as a woman though born male...do I HAVE to dress as a male by law for the new Photo or can I dress as a woman

At present there appears to be no state wide dress requirement, except that your face may not be obscured. But, that is not to say that an individual licensing agent might nto object to someon apparently disguising themself. In that case, you may have to sue to get acourt to order the licensing bureau to issue your license with the "dressed" up photo.
