my husband and i are divorcing. Am i entitled to a portion of his 401k? thanx

Yes. I would see an attorney to insure that you have properly value and set up the Qualified Domestic Relations Order to divide the 401K. There are a fair amount of choices when dividing the value of 401k. You should have assistance.
