I asked my employer for past pay stubs so i could take to court with me and they told me it wasn't possible is their any way i can supena them and make them find them for me

Your attorney should be able to explain how the records could be obtained through subpeona. If you have no attorney, you will want to hire one to draft the document(s) for you to file Pro Se.
