Legal Question in Family Law in Kansas

I changed my mind-how can I make her move back?

My ex wife moved out of state with our two kids 5 months ago. I admit that I wasn't around like I should have been for a lot of years. I missed out on a huge part of their lives and no ones to blame but me. Now I realize I screwed up. We went to court and I gave the ok for her to go but I changed my mind now. How can I make her move back? I only get to talk to the kids once a week and now they aren't coming home for Christmas so now I won't get to see them because I can't afford it but I know she can afford to bring them up here. I feel like she's doing it on purpose. She tells me I upset the kids. Yes, I yell, but she makes me so mad when she hangs up on me and then I get madder. Shouldn't I be able to file and get custody based on the fact that she keeps my children from contacting me? It's not right. They are my kids too.

I would suggest you file a motion based on her interference with your ability to communicate with your children.
