Legal Question in Family Law in Kansas

I live in KS and receive child support for my daughter. In Kansas child support ends at 18. My daughter is approaching 18, however, due to a long term illness my daughter literally can't move out and take care of herself. Under those conditions is it possible to get child support extended?
