daughter married to air force enlistee three months ago. .now incapable and they want to go seperate ways. what to do?. married in va. and stationed in ks.

If either of the spouses retains their

state of residence (or domicile) as Virginia, then either could initiate proceedings there for a no-fault divorce after the required period of separation(six months, if no children and no property to adjudicate and a property settlement agreement (PSA) on file with the court).
