If my Partner and I are pregnant, how do we go about both of us being the legal parent of a child? I mean, with I being the child's birth mother, is there any way for her to also be on the birth certificate and it be completely legal?

Until your partner completes asex change, she cannot be listed as the father at this time One Mommy per child.
