Legal Question in Family Law in Kansas

Reversing a divorce decree

Does Kansas have any type of law that allows the reversal of a divorce decree. Question is that should a couple be

divorced and find that after the emotions are calmed they

regret the action taken, want their marital status returned, do they have any options?

Re: Reversing a divorce decree

It depends on how long it has been since a Judge signed an Order or Decree. WIth most actions, the judge has the right to amend, reverse, or set aside their actions, but a very short time in which to do it.

Good Luck,
