Legal Question in Family Law in Kansas

What happens to temporary orders when a divorce is dismissed?

My wife and I were divorcing. We have since reconciled,

and our attorneys moved to dismiss the case due to

lack of activity in the case.

There were temporary custody orders issued in the case.

Do those automatically go away when the case is dismissed?

Thanks!

they should, however, you may want to be certain the court trustee who monitors child support orders is aware of the dismissal of the matter if an order of child support had been issued in the temp. orders.
