Time to file a motion on maintenance awarded

My divorce decree was signed on Oct. 27, 2006. How much time do I have to file for a motion for rehearing, appeal or reconsideration of the maintenance that was awarded? Which motion would be the correct one?

You should file your motion to reconsider today. If you file for an appeal, you take it out of the hands of the local judge to reconsider.
