Legal Question in Immigration Law in Kansas

My boyfriend is from England, but has been in Trinidad and Tobago and is traveling on there passport and visa? Does he have to have BTA to come to the USA and should he land at any certain airport to get to Wichita, KS, as we are planning on getting married in the near future.

He can travel on any country's passport from which he is a citizen. He does not need to land at any special airport.

However, he cannot & should not enter the U.S. with immigrant intent! I suggest filing for a fiance visa if you want to do this properly. Otherwise,if he enters & tells U.S. Customs that he is traveling to see his fiance or girlfriend, they might not admit him!
