There are many considerations to take into account when determining if you should file suit to recover such unpaid wages. The two most important determinations for a lawyer are (1) whether you are, in fact, entitled to such overtime payments, and (2) whether such money is collectible from your former employer. If you are located near Kansas City and wish to email me or call me with the details of your situation, I would be happy to consider your case. You can reach me at (816)444-1172. Best of luck with your situation.

It depends on whether the claim is collectible and where the suit is located. Whether you are willing to pay legal costs associated with the collection action. You may contact my office for an appointment 316-265-7272.

There are many many considerations to determine if you are eligible for overtime. Usually though if you are not a professional, supervisor or other administrative person you are entitled to overtime compensation.
