Can you get evicted in Kansas for smoking marijuana in an apartment with no proof?
The cops were called to my apartment last night by one of my neighbors who smelled the marijuana, but they weren't allowed to come in and didn't see anything. Will they call my Landlord, and can I get evicted?

If your lease contains a "no drugs" clause, you could theoretically get evicted. But, it is extremely rate where the renter was arrested or given a ticket.
