Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Kansas

If I go on diversion for urinating in public and they decide to do urinary analysis for alcohol because I was drunk when I committed the act, do they still detect for drugs and if so what happens in that situation?

One of the conditions of diversion is to obey all laws. Being found with illegal drugs in your system would violate that. Not all uab tests are the same. Some test for more chemicals, than others.
