Legal Question in Personal Injury in Kansas

I live in the state of Kansas, my car was parked in a parking lot, hit by another car while parked. Neither one of us was insured at that time, the other driver also hit 4 other parked cars as well. My license is suspended until I get release of liability from all drivers or obtain a no fault judgement in court. Police report clearly states the other driver was at fault. What form(s) do I need to file in Civil/District court to get the judgement?

You need to file a complaint or petition in tort. The extent of damages claimed will determine whther that should occur in small claims court or limited actions division. The facts as you described them seem confusing. Are the owners of the other parked cars alleging that you caused the damage to their cars? If your license has been suspended, and you are unsure how to bring yoru suit, you might do well to hire an attorney to seek the judgment agaisnt the driver that hit the cars.

Good luck
