Legal Question in Personal Injury in Kansas

We moved from a trailer park to get away from dangerous neighbors. We are trying to sell the trailer we own but the park owner just told the people who were about to purchase it that they are taking legal action against us for back rent. Is this not something that can be taken to court? They are publishing personal information to people. I saw something called The Restatement (Second) of Torts...does this count?

Based upon the facts you described, you may have a tort or statutory case against the trailer park and/or the management. There may be other facts that make the likelihood of success stronger or weaker. Therefore, you should consult directly with a civil practice attorney, in your area, as soon as you can.

Good luck
