Legal Question in Personal Injury in Kansas

I received a ticket today for speeding in area, however, the police officer did want to show me the radar and he did not stop me for the moving violation until I had been driving for 5 minutes. Is there a regulation for police officers that states that if they catch someone speeding they must stop them immediately?

Unfortunately, there is nto regualrion that requires an doffice rstop acar immediately. But, if they waited, you might be able to use that should you choose to try the case. If it was not for more than 19 mph over the limit, it may not be cost effective to try the case. You may contact me if you wish to see if the ticket can be amended.
