state unemployment tax lien
is there a five year collection for unemployment taxes due from 2nd 3rd 4th quater of 2000 and the 1st 2nd 3rd quater of 2001 a lien was filed 4/5/2002 taxes were due from a job i never recieved payment on

With regard to federal tax liabilities, there is generally a ten year collection statute. A tax attorney can probably help you get the lien lifted.
