Theoretically, one state coudl send offers to another state to retrive someon who is wanted on awarrant in teh first statem if tha tperosn is already incarcerted in the second state. This is called extradition. It is sometimes done. If the person isn't already incarcerated in the second state, the officers of the firs tsate (where the warant is) may nto have authority or jurisdiction to go apprehend the defendant from the second sate. Therefore, this seldom occurs, especially for traffic warrants. If the person who lives in teh second state ravels or dirves into the first state (where the warants are) the officers there can arrest them on the warrants.

Good luck
