It is imporatnt the you obtain legal repreentation in this case. As you have potential multiple driving while suspended dconvictions, you could face mandatory jail time. Find an attorney in your area and discuss the specific facts of your case with them. ASAP

Do not plead guilty. If you plead or are found guilty, you will face substantial fines, jail time, and further loss of license. I assume you have paid the initial ticket which caused the suspension, and that you have fixed the defective light. I also assume you are a Kansas licensed driver. If so, you may have been eligible for reinstatement at the time of the second stop. If so, it may be possible to avoid conviction on at least one of these charges, as courts are more willing to show leniency to drivers whose privileges are reinstated, or at least eligible to be reinstated. Feel free to contact me if you want to look into this further.
