Live in Kansas.... Can I title my deceased husband car? He excluded me from his will and estate goes to his adult children

If the estate goes to his children, then that probably includes the car. But, you may have options to not be excluded. You need to consult directly with a probate attorney in your area. You have a limited time to act, so don't delay.
