Legal Question in Workers Comp in Kansas

Fraud

If an ins. attorney admits to fraud -before a judge ,-after the judge repeatedly asks the said attorney ''are you sure you no what you are saying to me'' in reference to admitting to fraud and the ins attorney admits he does understand what he is saying, and the judge tells the opposing attorney, that his client has a legal case for fraud and that the client should persue fraud on his or her own(concerning the ins. company hiring doctors for reports to discredit the client and also stops medical treatment that was awarded for life and had been administered to the client at least by eight years-to stop without a doctor or judge authorizing the stop of medical treatment on the client ) should the client persue the suit against the ins. co for wronging them?

Re: Fraud

You should take all of your paperwork to an experienced attorney and have the attorney review your situation. It may be necessary to order the court hearing transcript from the court reporter. Do not delay; all court actions have time limits.
