Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Kentucky

After my grandmother passed, my grandfather started acting quite different. This was to be expected except that 6 months after she passed he married this other lady. For the 8 months she has been going through his money like crazy and he is so out of it he doesn't realize what she's doing. She has gone through probably close to 2 million in the last year. They did sign a prenumptial, but he is clearly not in his right mind and hasnt been since my granmother passed. There must be something we can do to stop this money hungry widow.

Consider reporting this to Adult Protective Services in your community, and also consider filing in your District Court for Guardianship or Conservatorship. Sorry to hear of the situation, and wish you well.
