Is it possible to get back orig. copies of expunged records?

Three years ago a charge of alcohol intoxication was expunged from my record. Is their any way to get the original copy of this charge from the courthouse?

The clerk of court's office maintains a record of the citation or complaint filed against you. The record may be on microfiche or some other storage medium, but it will be there.

Contact the clerk's office and they will advise you further about costs and time, etc.
