Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Kentucky

I trusted a person and give him my money $1300+, now he doesn't want to respond my emails? I have all documents and few information on how to get him.

Did you "give" him the money, or did you "loan" him the money? If it was a gift, you aren't getting it back. If it was a loan, then you should file suit against him to get it back, if he has any assets to recover or wages to garnish, that is.
