Legal Question in Business Law in Kentucky

no merchandise

I've been paying on a computer for approx. 8 mos. the contract is- pay for 6 mos we send you the computer. I contacted them when we did not get the merchandise they said we needed to fill out some papers and send them back. Did that, waited 3 weeks no computer. If I did what they are asking me to do now I will supposedly receive the computer in 2 more mos. making this a 10-11 month ordeal all the while continuing to pay bi weekly payments. They refuse to refund my money and they will not let me talk to a supervisor ''The Supervisors don't take calls'' what options do I have?

Re: no merchandise

Sounds like a scam to me. I cannot think of a legitimate business that has you pay in advance for a product like this. I recommend you call the Attorney General's office and see if they are aware of any scams such as this going on. You can also call the Better Business Bureau and your local Commonwealth Attorney.

If not, then you should probably bring all your paperwork in to an attorney and see if a breach of contract suit could be brought.
