i was arrested for 3 counts of wanton endangerment 1 account tampering physical evidence i started out as the victim of my brother was not getting any help from local officials after years of abuse from my brother and other family members i accidentally discharged a firearm not meaning to hurt anyone got arrested i am 46 years old have not been in any trouble i cant afford a lawyer i live on dissability can any one help me please my case goes to trial november 1 2010

If you cannot afford to hire a lawyer, you will be appointed a public defender by the court. If this has not yet happened, you should call your local public defender office.
