Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kentucky
I was at my gym and somewhat intoxicated and took a purse that wasn't mine. when questioned about it admitted to it and the victim got all her belongings back. I was arrested, spent the night in jail, and charged with felony theft. I have no criminal background but a DUI 7 years ago. I have a good job and two children. what will happen when i go to court and what should i plead?

You should get a lawyer and try to get that charge knocked down to a misdemeanor, if you don't have an affirmative defense.
