Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kentucky
My neighbor has a video camera mounted on his house. It points in the direction of my house and it has been brought to my attention that he has been keeping pictures and records of people coming and going from my home. He also has times and dates. Isn't this against the law? I feel violated! If I obtain proof, what action can I take?

Probably nothing. He could just sit in his yard and do the exact same thing.
